I was born in Sicily. Omnivorous and greedy, since I was a child my curiosity and love for food have led me to taste everything and to cook: "Cooking for others is a gesture of love, and the satisfied gaze of those who taste your dishes the most great satisfaction". Excellent cook, I love to travel and always try new dishes. I became a food and wine critic and consultant for food and wine communication, thus transforming my passion into the most beautiful job in the world.
