Well, here things can get tricky but very fun. Let’s get into details!
I will take you through 3 main points I have learned thanks to our dear client, Cum Quibus, Michelin-Starred restaurant based in breathtaking San Gimignano.
- What do you want to say with your communication?
It is very important to decide what the line is going to be, if you focus on chef, if you focus on the dishes, the origins of the products, on specific history, on region, on location.
Shortly, what makes the place so special (apart the star of course).
In CQ case we talk a lot about the dishes as they are true works of art, about Tuscany and San Gimignano, and the Chef Alberto Sparacino, who is a true star of the restaurant.
What matters the most is to put all your love in each post and people will feel it.
For example, one the publications for New Year created by our designer Matteo Mandirola was literally so beautiful that one lovely guest from Brazil used it as her congratulation post on personal page.
- Tone of voice
This point is going to decide the tone of your publications. Are you extremely refined and formal, elegant and simple, friendly, funny, sarcastic and easy?
All depends on the style of the restaurant. Of course, high-end structure can not speak the language of Mcdonalds but no one said that the audience of expensive place consists only of librarians.
So, for CQ we have chosen respectful but warm and friendly tone of voice, which helps to endear the followers. Also it goes perfectly in harmony with the feeling you get while in CQ, classic yet friendly, high-end yet warm.
- Customer care
Be prepared that Michelin restaurant will have its loyal clients that visit the place at least once a year, are friends with property and expect that each of their happy comment is answered by the owner or the chef.
And you need to give them this feeling! I know by name most of the friend-clients of the restaurants, know about them moving countries, plans on future visits and many many other details. Our dialogues in the comment section are far from the classic emoji exchange and that’s amazing! That’s what makes the difference!
A little proud moment for our client is that CQ team is officially opening TOMORROW their second project, Linfa restaurant located just near in Piazza Sant Agostino, with cuisine that has even more liberty in creativity. So if you are in San Gimignano, you know what to do!
So here you go, just a bit of fantasy and sincere love, and any communication can get a star!
